During the event, the Convention Centre use sustainable dishware or compostable or recyclable packaging. Sorting of compostable and recyclable materials is made in the kitchen and in food & beverage service areas. Water pitchers service rather than bottled water. Bulk dispensers for milk, cream, sugar and butter during your event. Our Chef offering a menu consisting largely of local ingredients and food surplus offered to La Moisson Maskoutaine organizations.This organization aims to redistribute food through different community organizations.
In addition, through agreements with well-established organizations, the Saint-Hyacinthe Convention Centre offers meeting organizers the opportunity to offset the environmental footprint deriving from their event.
